India's cyber-defenses full of holes

This is, although ironic, not at all surprising. Indian government hardly has a security policy worth mention. The millions of illegal bangladeshi infiltrators, and recurrent terrorist attacks country wide, specially synchronized to match some hindu festival of national day of importance, the illegitimate maoists thumbing there nose at law and order machinery have all been made possible by.

1. lack of any strategic vision, including security among indian leaders, most of whom win election thanks to slum landlord like tactics.
2. all pervading corruption, which unsurprisingly has now seeped into armed forces.
3. near lack of literacy among leadership on the possible effects of cyberspace security.

I remember a quote from a famous ex cm of up, who proudly claimed that his voter don't read newspapers.
